[Taipei, Taiwan –Oct 13, 2025] – ASRock Rack Inc., a leading innovative server company, today announced the launch of the 4U16X-GNR2/ZC, which uniquely integrates NVIDIA HGX B300 platform with ZutaCore® HyperCool® waterless direct liquid cooling (DLC). The breakthrough platform will be showcased at the Open Compute Project (OCP) Global Summit 2025, taking place October 14–16 at the San Jose Convention Center, Booth C31.
The rapid growth of AI is driving demand for powerful, efficient infrastructure across industries. To support this expansion, liquid cooling is becoming essential for managing heat in high-performance AI factories. By maximizing efficiency and reducing operational costs, liquid-cooled AI factories are key to accelerating AI adoption and powering the next wave of innovation.
Designed for modern AI factories, the ASRock Rack 4U16X-GNR2/ZC incorporates NVIDIA HGX B300 platform in a 4U rackmount and delivers powerful compute performance and thermal efficiency for reasoning AI, agentic inference, and physical-world AI workloads. The system features ZutaCore's two-phase, waterless liquid cooling technology, which uses a non-conductive, non-corrosive dielectric fluid to remove heat directly at the chip. Designed for data center reliability, it ensures safe operation even in the rare case of a leak.

At the event, ASRock Rack is also showcasing the air-cooled 8U16X-GNR2 based on NVIDIA HGX B300 platform, designed for existing data center infrastructure. The NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 system is optimized to reduce token processing costs and enhance throughput for large-scale, latency-sensitive AI workloads. Also on display is the 4UXGM-GNR2 CX8 platform, built on NVIDIA MGX reference architecture, featuring NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs , NVIDIA ConnectX-8 SuperNICs, and additional slots for NVIDIA BlueField-3 DPUs, supporting AI inference and visual computing applications.
